Please register the correct WhatsApp contact number. After registration is completed, customer service will gradually reply within 24 hours.

⁠Discounted treatments must be booked in advance. The date and time cannot be changed after booking. If you reschedule/cancel the treatment after booking without 48 hours' notice, you will be deemed to have given up the treatment opportunity and no refund will be provided.

The course of treatment cannot be changed after booking. It must be the same as the one selected at the time of booking.

⁠If you are late without prior notice, your treatment time will be shortened. If you are late for more than 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and the number of sessions will be deducted.

Before receiving treatment, you must present your identification document for registration.

You cannot designate your own therapist/doctor for treatment. All treatment arrangements will be made by High Society Skin Clinic.

In case of any disputes, High Society Skin Clinic reserves the right to make the final decision.
